Quality Control

As the second largest laboratory of Würth group in the world, Würth China Quality Laboratory, located in Haiyan CDC, has been certified by CNAS and A2LA and ISO17025. It is equipped with 53 different types of test equipment and fixtures, covering 37 test types, covering all major test categories involved in domestic and foreign industry standards for fasteners. Including friction coefficient test, tensile test, impact test, hardness test, corrosion test, anti-loosening test, material analysis, metallographic analysis, coating test, profile measurement and so on.

Based on the laboratory test results, we can provide customers with authoritative quality reports such as PSW report, FAI report, RoHS report and material analysis. In order to ensure the traceability of the sample quality data, we save the first sample according to customer requirements, and save all the quality inspection data in the SAP system, which can be traced back to the source at any time.

Intelligent C-Parts Management
