Würth defines it as sensitivity to customer needs. Problems, needs and requirements from our customers are our challenges and the basis of our commitment. Würth has a strong R&D team of 120 people, with a number of utility model and design patents.
The whole product R&D process is based on the opinions of independent institutions, colleges and universities, and customer advisory committee, as well as the customer suggestions with practical guidance. Only when the quality standards are fully met can new products be put into the market.

Würth China quality laboratory
With advanced and complete fastener testing equipment and strict and professional testing team, the laboratory was accredited by CNAS according to IEC/ISO17025 (CL01) in 2013, and has become one of the well-equipped laboratories in Würth Group.
Würth group has more than 10 laboratories in 8 countries around the world, and Würth China quality laboratory is the second largest laboratory of Würth group. The laboratory is located in CDC, with an operating area of more than 800 square meters. It has passed the professional certification of China National Accreditation Service (CNAs) and American Laboratory Accreditation Association (A2LA). It has also passed the certification of a number of mechanical and chemical performance tests, and has a high-quality experimental foundation.
